What is Mission Mode?

Set a goal and a daily focus target. Focus sessions are locked once started, and Commitment can intervene when you open distraction apps before today's target is done.

How do I enable blocking?

Open Android Settings → Accessibility → enable Fowo. One Accessibility service powers both Mission Commitment and Focus Shield. You may also grant Usage Access for app usage stats.

How do I add apps to block?

Tap "Add App" in Focus Shield (or Commitment apps in Mission) and select the apps you want to intervene on.

What is Emergency Access?

Emergency Access lets you temporarily bypass a block. It requires a cooldown period and a hold-to-confirm action: enough friction to prevent impulse unlocking, not enough to trap you.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Google Play → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → FOWO → Cancel. If you started a free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid renewal. Pro stays active until the end of the current period.

Is my data private?

Yes. Blocking runs entirely on your device. No screen content or app usage data is sent to external servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.
