Focus Shield blocks the apps you choose, based on your rules. You decide what gets blocked and when.
What about emergencies?
Emergency Access is always available. It requires a cooldown and a hold-to-confirm action — enough friction to stop impulse, not enough to trap you.
Is my data private?
Yes. Blocking runs entirely on your device. No screen content, app usage data, or personal information is sent to external servers.
Does it work without internet?
Core blocking and the focus timer work fully offline. An internet connection is only needed for subscription management.
Can I adjust the rules later?
Yes. You can change blocked apps, schedules, and limits at any time from the Focus Shield settings screen.
